Munawar Ali Khan (Devanagari: मुनावर अली ख़ान) (1930 - 1989) was a Hindustani classical singer of the Patiala Gharana. Personal life and education Khan was born to the maestro, Bade Ghulam Ali Khan and Allah Jiwai. He was married and has a son, Raza Ali Khan, also a classical singer. Ustad Munawar Ali Khan died in 1989, at the relatively young age of 59. Career Musical guidance for the young master came at the feet of his father.
